A Taste of the Caribbean (TOTC) is Quebec’s premier Caribbean cultural event. Celebrating its 17th year, TOTC 2016 is a three day cultural feast of food, music and arts from over 20 Caribbean nations including Jamaica, Trinidad & Tobago, Barbados, Haiti, Dominican Republic, Grenada, Cuba and many more! Celebrity Chefs from both the Caribbean and Montreal will showcase a variety of delectable dishes and beverages infused with their distinctive Caribbean flair.
From Jamaica’s famous jerk chicken to the spiced Rums of Barbados and Grenada, we invite you to come and explore the islands through your taste buds! A cornucopia of Caribbean culture will come alive on Île Bonsecours including: a presentation of internationally renowned reggae acts, steel pan music, Calypso singers, arts and crafts, Caribbean orchestras, folk singers and dancers, and a colourful Trinidadian style street carnival not to be missed!
